Joint Health and Safety Certification (Part II)

This program was developed to provide the second phase of Certification training for members of joint health and safety committees (JHSC) in the construction sector. This program is delivered over three days and explores nine of the most common hazards in the construction industry including: Physical Hazards, Chemical Hazards, Electrical Hazards, Confined Spaces, Heavy Mobile Equipment, Moving Machine Parts, Ergonomics and MSDs, Manual Material Handling and Personal Protective Equipment. Participants will learn how to identify, assess and control each hazard.
