March 26, 2026 – March 27, 2026 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Day two “Essentials” expands on the information presented on day one. It introduces mathematical formulas for calculating loads and lifting equipment limitations. Participants demonstrate rigging complex loads. Along with the materials provided by WHSC, additional materials and equipment are required.

March 27, 2026 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – The chainsaw operator program consists of four modules (six hours). It is designed to inform operators of the features and parts of the chainsaw, how to maintain the chainsaw, the hazards of chainsaw operation and relevant legislation. The participants will be asked to start up the chainsaw and demonstrate how to properly hold it.
