 th a load\nEvaluation of what items may weigh and tools to help calculate\
 nCapacity and load charts of lifting devices\nOperating hazards and precau
 tions\nFollowing the theory part of the program\, there will be a practica
 l evaluation completed. This consists of a facilitator observing the train
 ee and testing their abilities to put the theory into practice\, inspectio
 n\, and operation of the crane in a competent manner.
